Assistant
Mark articled with Richards Buell Sutton LLP and joined the firm as an associate in 2007. He has a diverse civil litigation practice, with a focus on personal injury and employment litigation. In 2009, Mark took a leave from Vancouver to practice with a leading Alberta firm focused on employment, labour and human rights law. Mark has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia, and various administrative tribunals.

Background
Mark was born and raised in Vancouver. In law school Mark served as band director for Law Show, a community fundraiser at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law. Mark was also captain and president of the "Golden Bearristers" Law Rugby Club and is a longtime member of the Kats Rugby Club.
