Gina completed her articles with Richards Buell Sutton LLP in 2011 and has joined the firm as an associate with our Securities and Corporate Finance group, in addition to our Business Law department.
Representative Client Work
- Assists senior counsel with drafting and reviewing agreements for a variety of corporate clients representing various industries; including mining, technology, and investment companies
- Prepares applications to the TSX Venture Exchange and the NEX for approval of transactions and financings
- Represents a number of individual clients who require mandarin speaking counsel in negotiating the purchase and sale of shares or assets and shareholder disputes

Community
- Gina is a regular volunteer at the Greater Vancouver Food Bank and often participates with the firm's additional campaigns.
Background
Gina received her Bachelors of Commerce from McGill University in Montreal before embarking on law school back in British Columbia. While in law school, she was an active participant of the UBC Law Students Legal Advice Program, volunteering at the Chinatown clinic and acting as clinic head at the East Burnaby clinic. In addition to a semester in Lausanne, Switzerland during her undergrad, Gina also completed an exchange term in Birmingham, UK in the fall of 2009 during her third year of law school.
Before moving to Vancouver, she lived in Taiwan and Thailand and in her free time enjoys volleyball and trying new dessert cafes.
