Annie completed her articles with Richards Buell Sutton LLP and joined the firm as an associate with the Wealth Preservation Group. Her practice is primarily focused on estate planning and business law.
Representative Client Work
- Advise and assist clients with their personal estate planning, including the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trusts, all designed to effect the clients' wishes while minimizing estate and income taxes
- Advise and assist business owners with their corporate planning, including re-organizations and estate freezes
- Advise and assist business owners with various corporate and business law issues, including incorporation of companies and preparation of shareholders' agreements

Background
Annie is originally from Taiwan. She immigrated with her family to Canada when she was five and they survived four years in Toronto before deciding to relocate to the much more temperate weather of the West Coast. Annie is fluent in Mandarin and can understand Taiwanese.
