Alex Eged recently joined the partnership of Richards Buell Sutton LLP and is a member of our litigation department . Prior to joining the firm, Alex was with a local insurance boutique firm and many years past, he was a Class "A" Machinist.
Alex has significant trial level experience having acted as Crown Counsel on behalf of the Attorney General of British Columbia. He has appeared before all levels of British Columbia courts as well as Alberta and Ontario superior courts. Alex has conducted several judge and jury and judge alone trials, summary trials, "fast track" litigation trials and mini-trials. His practice is primarily focused on insurance, construction and commercial litigation.
