OVERVIEW
Silvana is a partner and leader of our Business Transactions and Business Services Practice Groups. She is also a member of the firm’s Wealth Preservation Group and manager of the Corporate Services Department. She advises individuals, owners/managers, and private companies on a full range of business issues including incorporations, reorganizations, acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, shareholder agreements and business succession.
Silvana has extensive knowledge in the restructuring of privately-owned businesses for strategic, estate and tax planning; however, she also advises individuals with respect to their personal planning including the preparation of trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and representation agreements. Silvana works closely with other lawyers, tax advisors, accountants and financial planners in a team approach to implement goal oriented and tax efficient personal and business succession plans.
