Darren Penner is a member of the firm's Real Estate and Corporate & Commercial practice groups.
Darren graduated from UBC with a Juris Doctor degree in 2007, and articled with Waterstone Law Group LLP in Langley, British Columbia. After he was called to the bar in May, 2008, he continued on with Waterstone as an associate practicing primarily in the real estate and business law practice groups. Darren joined RBS in December, 2009.
Darren has assisted clients in a variety of real estate and corporate transactions, including the purchase and sale of property, commercial leasing, lending and refinance, the purchase and sale of business assets and shares, shareholder agreements and many day-to-day corporate transactions.
