Profile

Nicole McLoughlin is an associate and a member of our Business Law Group. Her practice is primarily focused in the area of general corporate and commercial law.

Nicole works with a broad range of clients including start ups and established businesses. Her experience includes assisting clients in the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements including contracts of purchase and sale, partnership agreements, shareholder agreements, non competition agreements and commercial leases. She has also worked with clients on matters including, purchase or sale of businesses, purchase of commercial real estate, leasing, and commercial loans.
