Christopher Lennon joined Richards Buell Sutton LLP as an associate in 2008 following the completion of his articles. He is a member of our Business Law, Intellectual Property and Securities practice groups.
Chris has advised and assisted companies, universities and non-profit societies in a broad range of business matters and transactions including:
• incorporation and early stage financing;
• amalgamations and business acquisitions;
• software licensing and technology transfer;
• joint venture agreements and other business relationships;
• stock exchange listings, continuous disclosure obligations and other securities compliance issues.
His clients include technology start-ups and software development companies, mining and oil and gas issuers, entities involved in health care and pharmaceutical research, and religious organizations.
Chris is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of British Columbia.
