Profile

Silvana joined Richards Buell Sutton LLP in April 2005 as an associate in the Wealth Preservation Group. Silvana practiced with Campney & Murphy from 1993 to 2003 in its wealth management and private business groups, focussing on estate planning and all aspects of corporate and commercial law. She then continued her practice at Hungerford Tomyn Lawrenson and Nichols from 2003 to 2005 before joining RBS.

Silvana advises individuals, owner / managers, and private companies on a full range of business issues including incorporations, corporate reorganizations, acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, shareholder agreements and business succession. She also advises individuals with respect to their personal estate planning including the preparation of trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and representation agreements. Silvana works closely with other lawyers, tax advisors, accountants and financial planners in a team approach to implement goal oriented and tax efficient personal and business succession plans.
