Alex Eged recently joined Richards Buell Sutton LLP as Associate Counsel in our litigation department . Prior to joining the firm, Alex was a Partner with a local insurance boutique firm.

Alex has significant trial level experience having acted as Crown Counsel on behalf of the Attorney General of British Columbia. He has appeared before all levels of British Columbia courts as well as Alberta and Ontario superior courts. Alex has conducted several judge and jury and judge alone trials, summary trials, "fast track" litigation trials and mini-trials. His practice is primarily focused on insurance, construction and commercial litigation.
