Profile
Mark Baron is a partner with the firm and a member of the Real Estate and Insolvency Practice Groups. His preferred areas of practice include commercial lending and realization.
Mark regularly acts for life insurance companies, chartered banks, credit unions and secondary lenders in both commercial lending and realization capacities. He also has experience in commercial real estate transactions and commercial litigation.
Mark has recently developed and taught the Bankruptcy and Foreclosure course for the Paralegal Certificate Program at Vancouver Community College.
