Salary |
Student salaries are updated annually in accordance with the "going rate" in Vancouver. |

Benefits |
Medicare (MSP), Long Term Disability (LTD) and basic Group Life are provided at cost; Dental, Extended Health (EHB) and vision care are provided at no cost. |

Vacation |
Two-weeks paid vacation is given, to be taken at a mutually agreed time. For any portion not taken there will be payment in lieu. |

CLE |
Enrollment fees are paid in full by the firm. |

PLTC |
We pay enrollment fees and full salary, and maintain benefits while you are enrolled. |
|
Law Society |
Admission, CBA and all fees related to your articling year are paid. The call fee at the successful completion of articles is paid to students who stay with the firm as associates. |

Rotation |
Students move to offices located in each department as they change rotations and spend about three months in each of these areas: |

Evaluation |
An interim evaluation is conducted after each rotation. A comprehensive final evaluation is conducted three months prior to your call date. Lawyers are also encouraged to provide constructive feedback on each matter assigned. |

Mentoring |
Members of the student committee and the student's own principal provide mentoring. |
